Unsatisfactorie feedback from Car Care Clinic Service Center in Alberton

Good morning YOLANDIE KUHN Im so disappointed to heared from you saying that i must remove mt complain ever since I send my complaint you I didn't recieved any responses. When I send my car for major services at Car Care Clinic Service Centre Alberton Branch my car was in good condition there was absolutely wrong with my car it was in perfect I only take it for major services as all car need to be served but instead the stripped parts in my car at first they exchanged my Car battery and put another battery when I complained to them it was then they put back my Car battery secondly the engine was not operating well it was shaking I reported back to them they discovered that it was Car Clinic Service Centre mistakes they fix that after I took the car soon the oil pump ,oil chain, oil switch not working and when I take the car back to Car Care Clinic Service Centre for the third time they discovered that the oil they poured on my car during car service was too much they had to drain the oil . First when I send my car to Car care clinic in Alberton for major services they said they will first put my car diagnosis system non fault finding on oil pump,oil switch or oil chain was reported as faulty surely this company is not good at all they are stripping parts my car causing seriously damaged to my car. This is totally unacceptable I use to service my car at Volkswagen car service centre I never encounter any problems with VW Car Service Centre I always ensures that my car is taken for service I maintained records of my Car Service
