Unpleasant experience
Absolutely a mess. I took my car for repairs and instead of getting it fixed they damaged it more. My gearbox if damaged because of this place (Craig Hall Branch) When I took it back for them to fix it They actually blamed me for that. Telling me that I do not know how to drive. I have driven this car for more than 4 years and I have never ever damaged my gearbox. They should have their operating license cancelled. The manager Jens could not separate self adjusting clutch and the one that use cable. They retuned my car without adjusting the handbrake, the clutch was too low and the car was making noise from the release bearings, rear breaks which had been replaced. I would never recommend this place.
