Treated as dogs.. worst experience ever

Car care, hell definitely not. Minus 10 stars is still to high. Worst experience ever. We called ahead and asked if they can assist us as no alternative transport. Arrange for a lowbed to take the car. There they said will work on the car next day. Not happy but accepted same. 3 days later and constant follow up from our side were advised to come fet the car, mind you we had to ask. Get there had to wait 45 minutes to get the car. Testing the flicker we reported and that is mentioned on the job card. Was not working. Again car is mounted. They do nit have the part as not the lamp that is the issue. Raising our concerns. The manager Charles chased us away like street dogs. Saying that he never, yes kid you not his words, never want to service our car. Well i will not bring ny 3 boys cars, will not promote them instead will make it clear to him us as his customers are not wanted so they do not need our business and arrogancy to advise us we can go report him. Nothing will come from it. He could merely have apoligized and said bring the car next saturday and wrwill attend to same. Sorry oversight. But treating us as dogs. That is the straw. We will most definitely not recommend the useof any car care clinic to anyone.
