Took Car in for a routine service and received back with a wornsening leak. The car was 100% without any oil leaks. Took it in for a service to Care Care Clinic Lynnwood. Went to pick up the car and they told me the car now has a leak, but they do not have fecilities to fix it. I have to take another day off work, spend money on petrol and having the car steam cleaned so that they can inspect the oil leak tey caused. They manager Hansie had an attitude of "It is not his problem" and those were actually his words.

we washed the engine customer drove car and it was determined that the sump gasket was leaking we quoted customer but he declined

This was 2 years ago already. The engine was NOT washed as the Car Care Clinic in Lynnwood did not have the necessary lift and facility to was the cars engine properly. I was never quoted on anything. The only thing I declined was to drive 50km to your other branch to fix something you guys neglected. So do not come sucking stories out of your thumb 2 years later.
