Thinking Glue is Acceptable with an important engine compartment.

End of 2023 I had my car service done at Car Care Clinic Silverton. I paid R3500-R4000 for my service. Firstly, their receptionist was rude - so of course I wouldn't go back there. And now that I had my car serviced again over the weekend, I discovered that instead of replacing the oil bolt, like they should have! But ****** Hell just glued it in place. The bolt had to literally be heated up and basically stripped the bolt to get the glue loose. This is disgusting service that a mechanic would think glue is acceptable with such an important engine compartment.
