<p>took my car in for major service. was then advised that my engine needs a flush of to which i agreed on at an extra price. A week later decided to check my engine as per my normal route only to find that the engine cover is missing. drove back to enquire if they maybe they forgot to replace it. Richard the manager advised that my type of car does not come with such cover (so little knowledge about cars). I was really suprised as ive had this car for years and would have noticed anything odd. the ****** part costs a whooping R700 from vw and now he says that he will not replace it (contracdiction) as the car did not have it. whats pertubing as well their work shop has no cameras so its practically my word against theirs. people better be on the look out for their belongings . I pity those that dont even notice even a ***** missing. will never be visiting this palce ever !!!!!!!!!!!! #ANGRYFORDAYS</p>
