They made my car worse than to fix it

This has to be the worst experience I’ve had with a dealer, they treat customers like they are doing them a favour, but in actual fact we are paying for these services. They say they fixed my car, but they only made it worse. You are failing dismally when it comes to customer service, from the front desk lady who is so rude and unable to address customers. To the boss who comes up with any possible story to not release the car. I’d say go elsewhere with your car.
