The worst car service place

<p>Good day, I am not one to complain unless it is absolutely necessary. I took my car into Car Care Clinic Hatfield yesterday as the mechanism in the window had broken. The guy there seemed so helpful and really trust worthy. Later that day he calls back to tell me that it will cost R6000 to fix. Taken aback I call elsewhere to get another quote. The second reliable place tell me the total cost for fixing my window will cost R650. I obviously go fetch my car. When I arrive I am not greeted with the same friendliness I was the day before. The man in charge will let me take my car but I now have to pay R450 for the 76 point check that was advertised as free on the Car Care Clinic site. I am shocked and obviously not happy. Further do I noticed damaged to my car and I had two witnesses there with me that agreed. The man in charge did not want to take any blame and would not listen or help me further. I had no choice but to pay the R450 in order to get my car back. On leaving the man tells me that people complain all the time but he doesn't care as long as he gets his money. This is unacceptable. I am disgusted and would like the CEO to contact me.</p>
