Terrible service!

<p>I had my v-belt replaced at car care clinic little falls. They guarantee their work for 10 000 km. My tensioner bolt which they torqued broke after 280km. Regardless of the fact that they torqued the bolt they denied liability and quoted me R1 200 for a whole new tensioner as they stated bmw does not sell the bolt on its own. I took my car to bmw who sold me the bolt for R61. They also took one look at the bolt and said it was overtorqued. Never will I use these mechanics again.. only out to ****** clients.</p>
