Terrible service

I took my car for gearbox repair june 2025 till now I haven't received my car back. When when I contact them they keep on taking me from pillar to post giving me different promises. The last time I contact them it was today on the 18 of December then they told me that I must not worry my car will be fine before Saturday but I feel that I'm being played since each and every time they give me different stories. So today I told them that if that I don't come I'm contacting my lawyers now they told me that they are going to buy me a new gearbox which is not in writing then I still feel that they are lying to me. I paid this car cake clinic 24, 500 to get another gearbox but still they don't they are not delivering they are promises to me. I am frustrated as a customer and now my movement are limited I cannot even go home sometimes when I'm off at work due to this inconvenience.
