Taking ownership

This is to highlight the positive reaction and welcome intervention by the owner of Ormonde Car Care Clinic, Nico. On learning of the frustration I experienced due to initial failure to resolve a cooling system issue in my car, Nico took ownership of the matter and ensured the an expert attended to my case and speedy resolution to the issue is achieved. Besides installing a new water bottle and a thorough test performed.

According to the shop's explanation, the earlier diagnosis on the car missed to mention the main problem the car was brought in for, the non-functional radiator fan. Thanks again for the personal intervention by the owner.
