Stay AWAY Car Care Clinic Boksburg

If i could give 0 stars, it would be better. we took our Xtrail to Car Care Clinic Boksburg in May last year. we kept getting engine lights coming on and was determined the turbo was faulty. we paid R14 000 to have the turbo replaced, which we later found out was actually just reconned. needdless to say the turbo lasted less than 5 months, we took the car back in, and we were told no the DPF caused the turbo to blow. and we had to fork out another R14 000 to have the DPF removed. Bryan then said to me we need to pay in additional as they need to do the software (after we had picked up the vehicle and everything is fine) i said no ways, when they remove the DPF software is supposed to be done same time. so that was done. this was October. the car has been in again a few times with issues relating to the turbo. we dropped the car off and was told they could find no fault with the car. after a week. my wife drove it again and the very next day, the turbo blew (again) leaving her stranded on the side of the road. the car got towed in to Car Care Clinic Boksburg. the turbo was completely shot this time. Bryan said to me they will send it to another company to rectify this issue. the turbo went to someone else in "vereeniging". we received the car and notivced it was leaking oil (again) so we took it back in. a metal pipe that connects to the turbo was damaged and they said they can fix it. we pick the car up and it sounds like it did prior to the turbo blowing. so eventually we decided to go somewhere else. we take the car to Nissan themselves who say, "we cant work on this car, as there are pipes loose and oil leaks among other issues" when we called bryan we were told to ask for a a detailed report. we told him he can ask for it. as they need to rectify these issues. we are so unhappy with the service. all we want is a working car. the amount of time we have been without a car is over two months and we must just accept it. we are currently without the car currently.
