DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. You have been warned!!!

We took our car to Valley View branch for a simple service, a mere oil change, filter change etc. I don't know what Car Care Valley View did to my car but it was taken away from their workshop on a flatbed. The car is totally broken, NOT drive-able. There were at least six of them around it and still the car is immobile. All their diagnoses proved to be false, as after those parts were replaced the car still didn't move. My #1 question remains, why did they touch parts that were not service related? What were they doing? How did a car that was driven in to Car Care Clinic for a mere service become immobile? How many parts did they mess with that they can't retrace their steps? MY CAR WAS TOWED FROM CAR CARE CLINIC ON A FLATBED. Spare yourselves the trauma we have been through, stay away from Car Care Clinic.

Car was booked in for a major service and client informed us of misfiring and lack of power, when the 76 point check was done client was advised that 2 coils needed replacing. Client refused and 2 coils were replaced at no charge, a compression test reveiled that cylinder nr 3 had no compression.

Give you my car again after it left Valley View Car Care Clinic on a flat bed after a "normal" service. You must be MAD. Of course I refused to have you people touch my car again.
