service from hell

First time client to go and do a major service at Care Care Clinic @ Wilropark and I'm highly disappointed I wont even recommend their services to my family and friends. I took the car on Friday morning for a major service , stayed for a full day without transportation. Got a call around 3:30 to come collect the vehicle, as I walk in I was informed the car is broken Control Arms and the will be extra fees. I understood made payment of R2600.00 then was informed extra to fix the Control Arm I will need to pay +-R5 400. Saturday Morning I was told they looking for the parts after I had to call them that I need the vehicle for travelling and I was told of a new figure of R7700.00 to fix my car ... which I had to spend 3 days without a car and on Monday I made a call to find out if the car is fixed as it is needed for work purposes I was informed to be patient they will give me a call , as I waited, I called back again and I was informed their delivery guy his car is broken and I will get my car the following day , which now its been 5 days without the vehicle and I have to pay them R10,3000 which was not budgeted . I don't trust Care Care Clinic I believe they are a **** and only need more money to their clients
