Booked my car in for a major service and aircon regas. Firstly my service light has since gone on twice since uplifting the car and they omitted/or forgot to return my service book upon picking up the car,when i did eventually pick up the service book i noted that they only indicated a oil change wheras i was billed for a major service,i then took my car to another service centre just to be showed that my spark plugs were never changed!!!!.Secondly my aircon was never regassed as requested as they claim that the machine went in for service,but they failed to inform me about that when booking in the car ,and when i uplifted it ,i had to enquire about it when i noted that it was not done.Thirdly when i previously took my car for a service there they noted things that needed "to be replaced and checked",things i did not change because i was advised somewhere else that there was no need to.When they however did their "inspection" again on my second service with them ,the things they noted that needs to be fixed were not picked up again ,which gives one the impression that they just being ***** when in comes to their "inspections" and "diagnostics" and clearly they very ***** when it comes major and minor services.
