Ripoffs and bad quality of work

I had a horrible experience at the Stellenbosch Branch and then I wrote an email to the head office to express my frustration on the 24 July 2020 ans still to date no one has rep**** to me. see below the mail content expressing my frustrations:

I brought my car in for repairs and inspection at your Stellenbosch shop, the details of the repairs as per in invoice were as follows:

1. Drove My car to your Stellenbosch centre on the 16th, the car was in running order just had leakage on the Water bottle and oil filler cap. 2. Oil Filler cap was replaced at R1069.50 – Original part costs R200 at ford 3. Expansion bottle was replaced at R761.30 - Original part costs R480 at ford 4. Expansion bottle was replaced at R241.30 - Original part costs R145 at ford 5. Radiator Flush and Anti Freeze at R454.25 6. Labour for 3.5 hours at R1771.00

On collecting the car I was assured that my car sorted and would not have any cooling problems, this was a lie. The car has been overheating to a point that it burnt the top gasket and now needs to be repaired again at my cost. I am unhappy with the service I have received from your centre, see below a list of my grievances and advise how you intend to address them:

1. I have consulted with a reliable source and your Stellenbosch spares price are over-inflated as illustrated above 2. Even though prices are too high, the parts used are not even originals, I have a quote from ford for the same spares and they cost a fraction of what I was charged 3. Ford mechanic advised me that the car overheat because a non-genuine part ( Expansion bottle and cap) were used, they could not hold the pressure when the car heated up and thus released water from the top of the lid causing my car to overheat and as a result, causing the engine damage that I now have to deal with.
