Rip-off and dishonest

That's very funny because on the 4th of June the Manager at that time checked my car and he then said if he fixes my car they won't charge inspection it will fall off automatically. Then the car was fixed and we left with a 6months warrant. So my question is if the guy did only 76 point checks and diagnostic how come my car was fine after the inspection? 2 months later the same problem is back and I am told that nothing was done in my car before it was only cleaned. If that the case then it means I was overcharged before because inspection alone is R450 but I paid R908.50. Again I want my money back. This morning I was told that the guy was fired because of such things and I made it clear that the guy maybe fired but the company policies are still the same. The big boss was very rude to me with his right-hand side lady. I admire the new manager he deserves the best company, not this Car Care Clinic Northcliff. I hope this time the service that was done into my car will last for 6months otherwise hell will break loose. This is not over yet. I hate rude people who think they are clever. If you want your car to be serviced and be respected as a customer Car Care Clinic Northcliff is not a place for you. Go somewhere else where you will be valued as a customer.

Pieter, is not the guy that chased me this morning? I would like you to explain to me that 76 point check and diagnostic does fix the car automatically? Because that what you are saying and the guys in Northcliff said the drums were cleaned of which that does not appear on my invoice. If Pieter is not that rude guy I will send the invoice. Otherwise, I am aggrieved.
