Returned car over and over and ended with a silly other problem

After previous review, they did not respond to hello Peter, but came back to me. Offered a major service free. Told them won't trust my car with them ever again. After a manager/owner came back to me.from another branch. I had my car returned 3 times again. They forgot on return occasions to put.my battery spacers back. Got stuck on the road. Now I ****d my battery with insulation tape in order to be able.to drive. The branch wants to replace.my poles now. I refused as my car had no problem with the.battery and spacers before they touched my car on the clutch/gear problem. Asked the.manager of branch with last return where is my spacers...he rep****...must be honest but I don't know.
