price change on site

<p>my wife called car care clinic midrand enquiring for the price of her car service and they told herthat the price is R1500 and she made booking for saturday then their consultant called her on friday to confirm if she is still coming on saturday and she said yes but when she got there they told her that they are fully booked and they cant help her but the situation was resolved and they agreed to service thet car then another problem started with the pricing as they told her that the person she had spoken to have given her the wrong price and if she wanna service her car she must pay R1900 and that oerson who has given her the price doesnt work there anymore so i want to understand that if your employee gives wrong prices to your client is it the client who must take responsibility or is it the company .</p>
