Poor workmanship.

Hi all,

I respect all who try and make a living in a honest manner.

I have taken all 4 my bakkies and my truck for services as well as my brakes on my Chevy and spent till now just under 30k on my Bantam, but still I have problems with them. My Chevy's brakes just failed this morning again, after they charged me and I paid them to have my brakes in working order.

I had my bantam by them after spending 22k already, I had problems with my bank to release funds for the third time my bakkies was at car care clinic and after all my bakkies have been there, they have my profile and pretty much everything they need to know about me to track me down.

So firstly, they are not willing to build a relationship with reoccurring clients and secondly, thirdly and on...

My Bantam has gone back three times.

My truck and my Isuzu still leaking oil.

My Chevy's brakes are giving problems ( did not repair anything, replaced with brand new parts).

I regret having to say this, but absolutely poor, poor service (except the new guy by the Bellville branch, he tried to help) and my vehicles are just continuing to have problems.

Wish me luck as I will have to take my bakkies back to them tomorrow to have my brakes checked.

Absolutely and completely disappointed in everything that I have experienced at car care clinic.

Just a quick example with my Chevy's brakes.... I got them for a quotation (they are supposed to be among the cheapest in prices) I get a quotation of R5000 odd - from them I drive to Dunlop and they give me a quotation R3000 cheaper.
