poor service standard

my wife took our car to the car care clinic service centre in wilrogate shopping centre in cnr ontdekkers and cr swart street for a major service, and according to their job card, they only changed the oil and air filters, and engine oil for major service. their to do list says, 1. we need to do an engine flush, not sure why did they put new engine oil and filter without flushing the engine first. and want to quote us for engine flush 2. radiator flush with antifreeze, my old antifreeze with water in the radiator was not even touched

1. why put new oil on an engine with dirty oil residue? 2. the fuel filter and plugs are not mentioned in your job card, what happened to them, are they not part of items to be changed when conducting a major service? 3. the radiator flush was also not conducted why?
