Poor Service Delivery
My experience with car care clinic Worcester was extremely poor, The area Manager is very very very unprofessional and feedback is nonexistent. I would not recommend anyone to have their vehicle repaired/serviced there at all. The workmanship (had to take my car back multiple times) on your vehicle is not just poor they also damage working parts(Part was replaced after complaining) still they quote me an enormous amount on a part that was tested by BMW as functioning 100% however car care clinic still invoiced for strip and quote. The company policy warranties gets changed as it fits them and they play for time.

05 Jul 2023, 13:37The client asked us to find a noise on his vehicle, we informed him that there would be a charge as we had to strip multiple items to asses the part. The fuel pump is not faulty it’s a lash pad that runs between the pump and the camshaft that is worn. He agreed for us to strip and asses the problem and to the amount that he would have to pay. Then 6 months later he decides to phone us up and ask for his money back as bmw had inspected the vehicle and the pump is not faulty. I’m still awaiting an official bmw report cause the one I got was just typed out?? I have also requested the client contacts the motor industry ombudsman to assist him with the matter. We strive to give all our clients honest and quality service.

05 Jul 2023, 13:53can you please show me that it was 6 months later and why my car is still loosing oil. after only 4000km done on the vehicle. I have included the contact person of bmw who gave the letter from BMW email, Only after I said I was going to the ombudsman you guys gave rude feedback, I also asked what oil was used on my vehicle and no feedback was sent. Why was I then quoted on a High Pressure Fuel pump?

06 Jul 2023, 09:24Because the lash pad does not come separate, we have only tried to be helpful. Please go to the ombudsman Orr the rmi so that we can sort this out. It’s very easy to badmouth a company on a social media platform when you don’t want to face the facts
