Poor service

Good day

To whom it may concern you specking to Slindile Nzuza from Durban. I recently purchased a car from hydia Springfield from Nhlanhla Bila the sales men I bought the car in 29 march 2025 and salesman sold me a car which was not inspected only found out after the whole transaction was done it was miss CRO was not road worthy so I phoned him to do same thing about it cause it's not my fault why was I sold a car that's not road worthy secondly his been telling me stories the whole of April now it's may my car still doesn't have a disk when I call him he says"Will update shortly calling licensing people" and he doesn't get back to me.

This too me is poor service from hydia I've been a loyal customer for hydia for 5 years now this is not the treatment I expected from the salesman I work for retail too I know my right what's going here now is unacceptable I can't even go to town without police stopping me and questioning me about my disk it's very frustrating please assist I feel helpless cause when I speak to the sales men his not getting back to me tomorrow is my birthday I had plans for a long weekend away now I have to find another car to hire where else I'm paying for a car I can't drive in peace.
