Pathetic service

I took my care for a service and upon picking it up I was advised that the mechanic(Innocent) working on vehicle had an accident in the workshop that the care slipped off the jack and had badly dented my car, I was advised by Quinton that they would cover the repair as they would take my car to their sister company which does panelbeating. The Monday following the incident I was called and advised that Quinton is advising is management on what happened and they would arrange for me to bring my car, I called back on the Thursday to which I was advised they are still arranging things, I call back again mid week of the following week to which I was told I can bring my car in at anytime, I asked if Friday afternoon would be okay I was told yes they can work on my car on Saturday, when I took my car to Quinton, Sam the receptionist said they don't work on Saturday without prior arrangement, when she ask Quinton who did he speak to for the arrangement he could not answer, I was then told again Sam would make arrangements and get back to me Sam also advised I could bring my car in the following Friday morning so they could work on my car the Friday and Saturday to which I did take my car to Quinton, he had my car at his office from 8.24am and even enjoy a drive in my car without my consent before finally taking my vehicle to the panel beaters around 12.00pm, to which I get a call late afternoon around 3 to fetch my car as they cannot work on it now and I should bring it back the following week, I advised I have no other means of getting to work as this is causing me a major inconvenience they responce I got was **** uhhhmm, highly irratated at this point I ask for my car back. It has been two week since this and no contact has even been made with me to follow up. I am disgusted by the pathetic service to say the less, I was not a first time customer to car care clinic and after this whole episode I will never be returning and I have been very vocal to all people I know about my experience and I Will be sure to let anyone I speak to know as well.
