Parthetic service

The service is so poor/parthetic, customer care doesn't exist at all. It was my first and definitely last time bringing my car here at their Boksburg (Atlas Branch). I mean I was supposed to fetch by 2 year old daughter at 17:00 and guess what 17:45 I am still seating with no one saying anything at all about the delay.
