I took my girlfriend’s car in because of a sound coming from the right front. The technician took it around the block and said it was the brakes. I told him the brakes were new and that this shouldn't be possible. I asked for a full inspection, but they insisted it was the brakes.

They ended up replacing my new brakes with "new" ones, and since then, the brakes have been failing. Every time we slow down, it’s metal on metal, and the noise is still there. When I took it back, they admitted the noise was due to something else entirely and told me that it needed replacement—which they didn’t do originally.

Now we have no brakes and would need to pay again to fix something else. Honestly, this was the worst experience, and I don’t even want to take the car back.
