North Riding branch, poor workmanship

Car care clinic North Riding. I took my car in to replace control arms and steering rack. Other than making a sound when brakes were app****, the car was quite solid. They did the work in a day and when I collected my vehicle it was quite unstable, and later I noticed the airbag light was on so I took it back, the manager at the time told me they had nothing to do with the airbag light since they only worked on the suspension, later I noticed the hooter wasn't working so they booked it in, the problem was with a slip ring that broke during the installation of the steering rack. Kudos to a manager named Dirk for pushing for a fix on the slip ring, but unfortunately my car was still very unstable on the road, I was told if I took it for wheel alignment it would be better but nothing. I also started experiencing a bit of a scratchy feeling when applying the accelerator. In a nutshell my car came back with more problems than it went in with.
