No service No feedback ----
I don't even know where to start... At first the service was good just to get the car there.
But while they where busy fixing the car and getting all information from the warranty it just took unnecessary time. I will phone car care clinic and ask for feedback. The feedback I got was that they are waiting for SA Warranties. But when I phoned SA Warranties they haven't heard anything yet from car care clinic.
After my car was fixed and the claim was through for my engine. Hansie said no the reason for my head gasket to blow was my air con only realizing this after my car was fixed. Hansie mentioned that we must wait for 6 months now before we can claim again. Who's fault was this? I am without air con for 12 months already.
When I phoned in after 6 months i requested a quote and more on the air con as well as to service my car at car care clinic Midrand. I kept on phoning back requesting this details and it has been more than 5 months now. I went and serviced my car at another dealership.
The dealership who serviced my car requested a report from car care clinic midrand on my air con so they can get this matter fixed for me.
Hansie said he will have a look and now he is waiting on feedback from head office as this documents are filled away and are in storage.
I am terribly sorry but it is hard for me to believe that he will actually get back to me before the end of this week after I have made so many phone calls asking this and that and waiting for quotes, feedback etc and never received it.
Soon my warranty will expire I can't wait any longer as this matter should off been closed last year September when my car was in for engine replacement at car care clinic Midrand.
vehicle was brought in but was not running due to engine faulure so aircon could not be tested.the engine was replaced and only then we found aircon to be faulty.we submitted a claim to sa warranties and they approved 2k.the customer had to pay the balance as the quote was more but customer declined
