LOST SERVICE BOOK - what now?
I took my car for a service - that part I cannot complain about; BUT they have LOST my SERVICE BOOK!!! They have basically accused me of losing it...WHY would I want to misplace my service book - that devalues my car! I call every couple of days asking if they have found it, they are totally NOT interested and NEVER call back. How does this happen and how can it be fixed????
