I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS WORKSHOP AGAIN. CAR CARE CLINIC BALLITO If you wish to go, ask a person who knows cars to take it for you. Because yes you will be ****** on top of that it's their way or no way They quoted me parts and labour. I had already done a parts quotation befor going to them (needed 5 parts changed) A part that cost R550 at a spares shop they charged me R1700,just 1 example for one part, MIND YOU THEY BUY THE PART AT THE SAME SHOP ASWELL. that's ok though its their shop they can even charge it a million it's fine I decided to go buy them myself which angered him I saw. Upon return He says he forgot to add something for labour. I said ok. 1 example again. He says coz it's a major service ( to change spark plugs, oil,oil filter and air filter) To him that's major service and it will take him 2 full hours to do. (He then adds on labour money) Then I questioned that, he said I can go to another workshop Businesses charge Hourly or a flat rate...in Ballito car care they charge both, or rather both only if you chose how things are done worse he gave me the option to buy my own parts, but his parts have guarantee HE SAID, and he will stamp my log book if i use his parts This review is not about the money but about Honesty.
