Inconsistency,Bad Service & Prices enough to scare Customers away!!!!!!!

On 2018/10/22 I took my vehicle to Car Care Clinic Centurion because my vehicle was misfiring and there was issues with my steering rack. I was assisted by Shaun who then took the vehicle & called me later during the day to inform me that the vehicle required work to be done on the rack ends, tie rod ends, replacement needed to be done on coil pack & replacing of HT Leads. I was quoted R4600.00 to have that repaired which I agreed to, when I was contacted to come collect the vehicle, he only told me that I they could not repair the steering rack ends,tie rod ends,& the HT Leads. to my shock, he only decided to tell me that when I collected the vehicle & wanted to charge me over R3000.00 just for replacing the coil pack (Outrageous!!!). He started arguing with me and said he told me the prices included vat (Which he did not) & eventually said he'll bring the price down to R2650.00. I had asked him to contact my warranty company & gave him the details (Which he also said he would & I doubt that he even contacted them as he could not even give me the name of the person he spoke to confirm that, even though the steering mechanism according to my warranty details is covered, which he said was not covered). I have repaired and serviced my vehicles at Car Care Clinic Centurion for a while and have never received such atrocious service and such inconsistency. today for the first time, I decided to go to Hello Peter & look at some of the reviews received and I must say they are really disgusting for such a company I thought did a great job with marketing their company. It's scary to think I have been paying so much money to get my vehicles serviced in the past (and paid lots of money) and it is also quite evident that the company does not appreciate customer loyalty. I guess it is evident by the kind of reviews received on Hello Peter & other review sights on the internet. Absolutely Disgusted & Angry!!!
