Incompatant and bad bad dad experience

Monday 10 June 2024 I went to Car Care Clinic in Alberton as I have booked a service with them, my car had no problems but it was just a precautionary action as I was going to take the trip down to KZN but that never happened....on that day I was expecting a call from them about what I'll need to do extra on the car to my surprise no call but later when I went to fetch my car I started experiencing high idling which wasn't there before and I immediately went back and I was given a mechanic to check and he couldn't fix the problem and told me that if it still persists I must come back Tuesday went to work as usual and back home but still the same problem was still there, then Wednesday morning as I left my house for work than I see an engine warning sign that has never been there before and my heater was not working anymore, got to work and I check water, oil to my surprise it looked like water wasn't going into the radiator nor there was oil in the car when I checked my dip stick well I carried on checking and right as I see under the car there was oil dripping of which that has not happened before I leave the parking lot and go into work wait until car care clinic opens in order to call them, when I finally called I was told to bring the car back which I did mind you this is my cost to request uber and all going to work and coming back to fetch the car later on....same day later I fetch the car and all I see as I start the car is a big smoke from the back that I've never seen before but than it goes away as I drive now idling is better but the fan on the car runs all the time non stop anyway I go and fetch my son's report at school by I could feel that this is not the car I know till I got home...next morning I work up for work at normal time the cars heater is still not working I drive maybe about 11 km just at the robot the car stops and I try to start it for a while until it started again while I was was calling my boss to explain that I might open the store late as the car was giving me problems again the car would drive and witch off and now I was in panic mood as I was scared of being late for work I started seeing a hight temp sign that was not there before and now I was running to at least get to work on time and call car care clinic again got to work my car was in high heat open the bonnet and the smoke that came out of the front and the car wasn't staring again well I call them one of the annoying part was for the manager to telle that "all we did Sir was the service" and I said my car went in fine and there was no issue that now led in all of this and there was no oil leak of which when I asked the mechanic on that Wednesday he told me that oil issue was sorted without telling me what caused the oil leak until I asked him and he said the oil filter wasn't closed properly of which how is that my fault because I believe that's exactly what caused my problems with the car....until today my car is broken and other mechanics are telling me that the top needs to be taken to engineering and now I have all of these cost because of them....I am so angry and so furious that I now have to carry all these cost because of the company that is ***********
