I WANT MY CAR AS YOU FOUND IT!!!!!!!!CAR Care Clinic

I brought in a moving car and now my car is stuck there with issues it didn't even have in the beggining

I took my moving car in with what was supposed to be a patrol pump issue at Car Care Clinic in Centurion on the Monday the 15th of August. They firstly took a week to give me feedback to confirm that it was the patrol pump and that they need to fit a new one. I accepted the 10k quote and asked them to continue. Monday the 29 of August they told me my car was ready to pick up so i paid via eft. I picked the car up and couldn't even drive it for 10mins and had to go back because the car was loosing power and had a battery error light on which was never the case, by the time i got back there the car had even lost its power steering abilities.

Upon arrival the situation was now hostile...the manager being very reluctant to help and they kept blaming the battery and alternator as the error ...i asked for the diagnostic tests to compare before and after their petrol pump fitting ...and it is very evident that the car did not have an issue with power but now does. Because i need a car to work and i agreed to fix the alternator which i did but the car still has an issue

The managers attitude is disgusting, I don't know if its because I am a woman or black but i brought a moving car with no battery charging issues to their workshop and now my car is not moving...is at their workshop and they have no solution for me.

At this point i will call everyone i know, tell everyone i know and write on every social media page i know, write to every show i know to resolve this.

I am not about to loose my job because of their incompetence , or they must being my money back so i can tow my car and take it somewhere where they can actually fix it.
