Horrible Service Car care clinic Vanderbjilpark branch

Hi, I took my car for a service @ car care clinic in Vanderbjilpark branch first week of July, when I go fetch the car days later, 5 min from their place the car broke they couldn't even pick up the phone only to find out that they closed the shop and I told them am going to test it first and they should wait for me.

I took it back they told me that it is not their fault it is a clutch kit and the charged me R9000 rand for that after paying around +-R18 000. After a week the called me to come and pick up the car.

When I test the car the speedometer was not working, sensors for seat belts, hand break sensor was flashing so is the engine sensor. And they told me to drive it for a weekend and maybe the speedometer will pick up and function but I refused to take the car like that it's 2months now since I've left the car at their workshop with no repairs and no communication or whatsoever.

When I called them today they said I should come and take car as their Vereeniging branch also and there is nothing they can do as they are waiting for the sensor from a dealership which we don't know and they'll call us once the sensors come back of which they don't even give the estimation date or assurance.

I am so disappointed because our car didn't have issues when we took it there It was for service. I think they need to change their mechanics and electricians cause I don't think they are even qualified for that matter. I need my car back and working, like I want answers 😡😡😡
