Gisgruntled and disgusted

I am abo****ely disgusted at the service received from car care clinic at Comaro our vehicle went in for a motor overall in April that's when it all started, infact in that same month when we collected the vehicle it had to be towed from our residence back to the shop, for the amount of money we paid one would think that shouldn't happen, but it did, everything is joke to these people no customer sympathy for lack of a better word, 7 times this vehicle has been going back and forth each time with a different issue from leaks through to being charged for something that was not even don't, steering rack was not tightened the car was veering all over the road, it's like eveeytime the car went back to fix "x* it comes back with *y* being broken. We in September now the inconvenience is unacceptable just last night when they were supposedly returning the vehicle after the matter was *sorted* the guy got stuck alongside the road, my family members seen the car thinking it was us absolutely disgusting I have requested the owners information and all of a sudden my request for that specific information is being ignored,
