Full diagnostics not done

I had taken my vehicle to Car Care Clinic Honeydew on the 17 May 2024 for a major service, I was then called with a quote of R 8 825.99 I was told the major thing was to sort out my seals and he also said i need to recondition my turbo which for me made no sense as my car had the turbo conditioned 2 months before the major service so i asked the gentleman to remove the reconditioning of the quote hence the R 8 825.99 , I would assume when the car is in for a major service everything is checked, My car came back the same to be honest, I few days later to took it to the turbo place where there did a full diagnostic on my car where i found out my manifold was damaged and needed to be replaced

I would not recommend anyone taking there vehicle there as the full diagnostics are not done
