EXTREMLY POOR SERVICES

I take my car to the wilrogate branch on Wednesdays the 10 of feb 2021 with an cv problem they did not keep us up to date about our car if we did not phone them to find information about our car we will not know they promise us we will get the car on the 11 feb 2021 on the 11 feb 2021 we phone them 4 times and every time they have an new story the 5th time they informed us they will have an answer on the 12th feb 2021 i phone them 9:11 and still they did not have an answer 9:54 Stephan phoned me and explained they cant find new cv so they want to ricon the cv's so i accepted it just to get my car back then they said we will get the car back on Saturday but they phone me at 4:58 to inform me that my car are done so i went there strait away to collect my car when we arrive there they give us the paper work the first problem on the paper work were that they installed new cv bat it was riconed the second problem is the reg number on the paper work were wrong and the vin number was wrong i give the paper work back 4 times to correct it and still it wasn't corrected they got it right the 5th time after we stranded there for more then an hour how can people trust them with our cars if they cant even get the paper work correct
