Excellent Service and Professionalism

I would like to thank the team at Car Care Clinic Little Falls. Last week Friday I was headed to KZN with my 6 and 8 year old boys when my car alerted me that the oil was overfilled. I drove to the closest place to where I was and I was introduced to Elmarie at reception who was so kind and reassuring. Jonathan, the manager, also had a conversation with me about the situation in my car and that it would be a quick fix. He instructed the guys in the workshop about what needed to be done on my car. Within a few minutes the guys in the workshop had drained the oil in my car to an acceptable level and all was well. When i asked how much it would cost Elmarie said it was a quick one so there was no charge. The level of service and professionalism I received from the entire staff at the branch was out of this world. I was not even a customer but I received a VIP service. I now know where my car will be taken care of in future. I will definitely recommend Car Care Clinic to my entire family because I’ve experienced the best service when I needed it most.
