DON'T TAKE YOUR CARE HERE, THEY WILL BREAK IT AND MAKE YOU PAY.
I took my mom Mitsubishi Lancer for service and the manager Gavin is rude and very ******. Gavin broke my mother car and it needs around 14k to fix. He **** to me and my family and tried to cover the whole incident. Car care clinic is UNPROFESSIONAL and does care about you as the customer, they are focused on getting as much money as they can from you. It's been two months now and my mom is without a car, and mourning the death of her husband. My mom can't even organize my dads things because she doesn't have a mode of transportation. WHAT HAPPENED HERE HURTS ME TO MY CORE BECAUSE GAVIN DOESN'T EVEN TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS ACTIONS.
