DO NOT USE THIS *********** SERVICE CENTRE

I used car clinic +-2 months ago for a service and major repairs, it took them 2 weeks to get my car ready with a struggle of parts (That I even got involved with Audi to get my parts at the soonest). Within the two weeks they struggled to get my Aircon in a working order, I took my vehicle back and returned it the following week. On arrival to collect my headlights and bumper was not aligned correctly which I advised them on (there response (Workshop Manager and Technician) was that my vehicle was involved in a accident in the past, which as a owner I know that my vehicle is accident free). On that week again they had no solution on how to rectify my aircon, so I took my vehicle and advised them once they have a solution I will bring the vehicle back. After 4 days later they said that they know a solution. The solution was to flush out the aircon system (the actual issue was my compressor that seized and they did not advise me on that when the compressor seizes the evaporator, air dryer and condenser needs to be replaced. The total value was +-R45K. This past weekend 29th-30th June i heard a noise from my vehicle. Due too the worst experience I had with them I decided to take my vehicle to a different service center, which to my disgust the same work that was done by car clinic had failed (Drive shafts and CV Joints) with a failure report stating that the outer CV ran dry as all the grease leaked out and that the inner CV was the incorrect part for the model of my vehicle. I immediately contacted Car Clinic and they asked for a email "which I sent" and to now there has been no response. I await for there response and if not respond with a solution within this week I will be complaining to the RMI of their disgusting service and incompetency of personal.
