Dishonest Service!

I used Car Care Clinic Centurion’s services in December 2016, and when I received my car back I was happy with the service that was provided. So a while ago, I took the car for more work to be done (rear bearings) only to hear the terrible noise of dry bearings a few weeks later. So I phoned, took it back as it was still under the workmanship warranty. Yet again, a few weeks later it started making noises. So I took the car back, AGAIN, only to be told that it is the front bearings and ball joints etc. and the quote they provided was a ridiculous amount. We thought better of it, and decided to go to a different company. Received excellent service with them. Turns out it WAS my rear bearings again! So my only thought is that Car Care Clinic didn’t want to fix their mess and wanted to charge me an astronomical amount to fix their own mistake, by spinning me a story that it is the front bearings! It is ludicrous service and I feel that I have been taken advantage off. Well done guys, you might make tons of money at first, but you will never have loyal, come-back customers if you continue down this road.
