I was very disappointed to find out that the Silverton Branch employ the so called casual undocumented foreign techicians. Still to add no documents from one of their casual employees who called himself Lungile could be verified and the permanent technician personal information as well.

Still to add one of the permanent employees also a technician , the Car Care Clinic Branch could not verify his ID details on time neither his residential address.

The permanet technician and the casual employee happened to build trust with clients and promise to supply cheap parts. Therefore run away with the cash. the permanet employee send a message to his boss telling that he was booked off sick.

The branch manager came to realise that the guys where running away from me since the ran away with my 13K that i gave to them for parts. Above all this was also done to another lady who they also took R1OOO from her.

In addition Car Care Clinic need to make sure that they verify the ******** records of people they employee and also need to be able to verify their employees Personal information at a branch instead of calling another branch to provide information.

With the above information Car Care Clinic Silverton expose the clients to very high risk high that can be either be accidental' incase the undocumented casual can be involved in an accident while test driving the client vehicles. Theft of clients belongings can also be a point to be considered how can they just employ someone not even certified to fix clients cars.

Truly this is a matter of concern that really need urgent attention. Honestly i was very disappointed when i found out that they really can employ undocumented individuals to fix & repair clients vehicles.
