Complaint

Good day

I would like to lodge a complaint again Car Care Clinic in Vanderbijlpark.

On Saturday 25 October 2025, my car was in for a services at this branch.

While they were busy with the service, they have identified my front that the front shocks and rear shock needed to be replaced. And further identified that I needed to change timing belt and water pump.

I gave them permission and authority to change/ replace timing belt and water pump. They have advice me that they will be finish around 14:00 since they have called me at about 11:00 to tell me about their diagnosis.

I went to their place at about 14; 20 but they were already closed. This means the have hijacked my since Saturday until Monday at about 16:00. I did not grant them permission to keep my car at they promises.

I have never received their call until today (Tuesday 28 Oct 2025). I needed my car to go to work. I went to get my car on Monday- 27 Oct 2025 at about 16:05.

They did not apologise infect they gave me attitude. I suppose this is how they treat black people.
