Complaint

I always get poor service, i took my czar in for them to check my brakes, only , they tole me there is nothing wrong with my brakes, and instead already ordered pipe for car that they assumed i have money to pay .....and put me under pressure to get the job done, and told me that they spent alot of time on my car checking it, This is unacceptable, cause the problem is not addressed and they are passing the buck,.

Carlos the manager did not give me a chance to voice my feedback and my preference and just rattled off theat they ordered the pipes and will fit it in and he could not tell me how long they would take with my care and i should find my own way to Car care clini. Customer service sucks very badly and this is the second time im taking my car to them, and this is the LAST!!!!! Do not take your car to car care clinic .
