Care Care Clinic Wilrogate ****** and ******
Car care clinic Wilrogate is not only ****** but they thumb suck quotes to make money out of innocent people. They took my car nearly a month. Stripped and quoted me R72000 to repair my renault kwid. When we refused to go ahead with this quote, turned around and said we should pay R4500 for the wuote. We were not informed prior to them touching the vehicle. When my husband went to collect the vehicle. They treated him like a ********, called security to pepper dpray him, called the police on him and threatened his life. I am going to take this matter to court until i get justice. Car care clinic is a reputable company however the treatment we recieved from Wilrogate branch is appalling and disgusting. My husband iis still trying to regain his eye sight.

Just to set things straight Car Care Clinic did not, "pepper spray" your husband the ADT security officer did, reason for that is that myself (James) and the ADT officer, requested Mr. A Radzilini to stop shouting and to calm down. He refused and started fighting with the ADT officer, things escalated and Mr Radzilini still refused to see reason. Please keep in mind Mr. A Radzilini was under the influence of alcohol, coming into the reception area with his alcohol
The vehicle was booked in by Mr. A Radzilini , his id and signature is on our job card. Mr. A Radzilini was informed of the strip and quote for R4500.00 on your vehicle and gave us go-ahead two days later. Mr. A Radzilini came to the Wilrogate work shop to have a look at what is happening, and I, James showed him, Mr. A Radzilini the progress on his vehicle, I told him that the engine will be taken in for engineering and a full quote was discuss with Mr. A Radzilini.
