CAR WENT IN GREAT, LEFT BEING TOWED OUT BECAUSE THEY DAMAGED IT WHEN ALL II WANTED WAS A SERVICE AND NOW THE CAR WONT START.. this was done on purpose. USELESS STAFF AND EVEN WORSE MANGER AND AN OWENER THATS SNEAKY WHO WRITES REVIEWS OF HER OWN BRANCH AND

Today I took my car to car care clinic for a major service. One in Alberton(LEMON TREET)

Took the car in, just suspected a leak from either the water pump or the pipe. The one guy drove my husband back home and nothing was wrong with the car.

I then get the manger Nicolas and I Quote “How invested are you in your car?” Now that means let’s see how much you willing to pay in my eyes.

Anyways long story short, we were quoted R103 000 for things we didn’t ask for, one which included the water Pump for 13k. I then said no it’s okay please don’t do the service I will collect the car. They then had excuses of another car was parked behind. My husband had to phone and say his coming there after hours they didn’t call. We went in, paid R600 for them having a look, we then want to start the car and it starts shuttering, and sounds like a tractor. They also wanted to charge us R4500 to just open the engine and for spark plugs.

We immediately saw they had played with the car as one of the caps have a red and was moved where spark plugs go. They denied. They then put used spark plugs in to see, test drove it and nothing changed. No bear in mind nothing like this happened when it was taken in at first.

My husband says no, we going home and want the car the same way we brought it in. Left it for another 2 hours. We come back, the car is leaking oil from the exhaust pipes, from the engine by the coils and now smoking badly. The car would turn off loose power and switch off, I would put it into reverse and try go and foot flat and still no movement just car being cut.

The manger of this branch asked me if I want advice on the car I said no. I didn’t need more. He quotes new brakes when it says on here brakes are 90%, quote said spare wheel in order. WE DONT HAVE A SPARE WHEEL.

They have the R600 back, the owner Nicky Brophy said she would assist only to see reviews she made herself as a customer and saying the owner is awesome and professional. I have a screen shot of that too.

WE HAD TO GET A FLAT BED TO HELP US GET TO SOMEONE WHO CAN ASSIST. They wanted me to sign a form stating they take no liberties and I said no I won’t sign that.

I asked the guy how he know the water pump needs to be changed, I asked do you know where it is, he said YES, at the back. Now this is an Audi A5 you need to remove the engine and everything to get to it. I’m being quotes on so much nonsense like this whispers for a car and all I wanted was a major service and to see why a little bit of water was dripping. They had no answers, kept blaming the report and no remorse. They left closing up and didn’t even come to me to say anything while I am having it loaded to be towed away.

I can’t believe this company, they have messed up my car so badly and take no responsibility or accountability. No solutions AND LET ME TELL YOU! Many others have reported this happened too and that they find faults.

I think they didn’t like that I was no longer going to do the service and messed up the car more and when we came to collect the car and left again they made sure it was even worse. I have proof and videos and video footage of how the car came in and how it left.

THE OWNER STARTED IGNORING MY MESSAGES. You guys put old parts in or incorrect.

I will take this matter to the motet ombudsman, I will make this known all over social media with photos and videos. You guys are a bunch of *******. TRULY DISGUSTING SERVICE AND WILL SPREAD THE WORLD ALL AROUND!! Sis on you.
