Car more damaged after repairs from Car Care Clinic

A client of mine by the Mr. Mazolwana Tembela took his vehicle in for repairs at this company called Car Care Clinic located in Midrand, however instead of repairing the vehicle, more damages were caused, which led to the Gearbox getting damaged and failure to repair what they had initially claimed was the diagnosis/problem.

The client gave them a second chance to repair the vehicle and they refused to make any further repairs. He then took the vehicle to TOYOTA, who is the manufacturer of the vehicle with the hope that the Car Car Clinic would agree to paying for the damages caused.

Furthermore Toyota sent the client all the faults on the car and a quotation. We therefore request that Car Care Clinic take full liability for all damages and costs of repairing the vehicle and the gearbox.
