CAR DAMAGED/BUMPED during service

So here I thought I finally found a mechanic that is decent as we have been getting pretty good service so far from the Little Falls Branch. However, when I went to fetch my car, it was badly bumped on the bumper. I informed the manager who referred the issue to Head Office. After almost 2 weeks of hearing nothing, I followed up with Karien? Who promised to get back to me. Obviously she has not, and I had to chase this up again! Apparently, they cannot see on the camera footage that my car was bumped but they will give me copies of the CCTV footage and I need to go and collect it at the branch.

My Question - HOW THE HELL DO I TRUST THAT I WILL GET ALL THE FOOTAGE IF I KNOW MY CAR WAS BUMPED AT THE BRANCH?????

I know for a FACT my car was NOT damaged when it went in, yet now it is. Received absolute no feedback unless I follow up? This is absolutely beyond me! . My car was damaged by Car Care Clinic and now they claim innocence?!
