Car ***** clinic

Took my car for it's 60 000km service to boksburg branch . Firstly they don't do your pollen filter. When asked, they just said they don't know why but they don't. I didn't get any of my old parts back. I did however get a quote for over 10 000 for all the things that are wrong with my car. I have had 2 things on that list checked only to find out that they are perfectly fine. A whole bunch of ******! Also please don't phone me theres nothing you can do to fix this even if you tried. I just need people to know how you guys really operate.
