CAR CARE CLINIC WOONDERBOOM TERRIBLE AND RUDE

I took my care for service, and there were additional things on my quote a.I sent the quote to my insurance but since they got the quotation after the 14:00 car service I got my reply late then i forwarded whatever was needed from my insurance the next morning 8 and I noticed there was no reply around 9 I called them to make them aware of the email but the guy who responded told me there we busy and it will be sent. Around 12:00 the email was not sent and I called them again around 12:15 the same guy responded still telling me how busy they are the guy who was working on my car wasn't there .... My question to him was that just because the guy who is working on my car is not there then I won't be assisted as other car were their first priority. then I will come to fetch my car and take it where I will be assisted and be treated like others...again the day before my car was done service without confirming if they should continue with the job since there were other additional which might affect the normal service.(Like flushing the engine oil and gearbox.The service is terrible and there are other people that are prioritized before others
